Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the LOVIIX mobile application and the website loviix.com (the “Service”), operated by ELITELINE QH S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (Trade Registry No. J2022023734403, CUI 47250640), Bd. Regina Elisabeta No. 7–9, Room 12, Et. 2, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania (“LOVIIX”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use LOVIIX

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older, that the information you provide is truthful, that you have never been convicted of a sexual offence or violent crime, and that you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law. One person — one account; accounts are personal and may not be transferred or sold.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@loviix.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account; deletion becomes permanent after a 30-day restoration window.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, stories, and messages you post (“User Content”). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute your User Content within the Service for the purpose of operating it — for example, showing your profile to other users or rendering the public web page of a story you chose to share by link. This licence ends when the content or your account is deleted, except where retention is required by law.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you post and that your content does not violate anyone’s privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.

4. Community rules — zero tolerance

LOVIIX has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not:

• post nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material;
• harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users; promote hatred, violence, or discrimination;
• impersonate another person, use someone else’s photos, or misrepresent your age or identity;
• post content involving minors in any context;
• spam, advertise, solicit money, or engage in any commercial activity, prostitution, or trafficking;
• share other people’s private information without consent;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape data, or bypass technical restrictions.

Moderation. Every profile photo, story, and message can be reported in the app, and any user can be blocked instantly. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing content, revoking shared story links, and suspending or permanently banning offending accounts. We may remove any content or restrict any account that, in our reasonable judgment, violates these Terms.

5. Safety

We verify profiles through a guided photo-verification flow and moderate reported content, but we do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or behaviour of any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Use common sense: meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and never send money to people you meet on the Service. Any content you share via a public story link can be seen by anyone who has the link.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require a paid subscription (Plus, Premium, Elite) or consumable items (Superlikes, Boosts, Rewinds). Purchases are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Except where required by law or by the store’s refund policy, payments are non-refundable, and unused paid features are not compensated if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

7. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. The Service, including its design, branding, and software, belongs to LOVIIX or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; Apple is not responsible for the Service and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that you will meet anyone or achieve any particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOVIIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, remove your content, or refuse service if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or create risk for other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content licence during retention, disclaimers, liability limits) survive it.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes shall first be addressed to support@loviix.com — most issues can be resolved informally.
